According to the Memorandum of Understanding on Remittance of Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) Fees signed between the China National Intellectual Property Administration and the World Intellectual Property Organization, the China National Intellectual Property Administration collects the international phase fees for PCT application on behalf of the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization according to the CNY standard published by the World Intellectual Property Organization.
1、 The CNY standard to be implemented from January 1, 2024
According to the CNY standard of PCT application fees for the international phase published by the World Intellectual Property Organization and implemented from January 1, 2024, the China National Intellectual Property Administration will charge the fees for PCT application for the international phase according to the following standards.

2、 Applicable scope
This standard applies to the international application fees for PCT applications submitted to the China National Intellectual Property Administration and received after January 1, 2024 (inclusive), and the handling fees for PCT international preliminary review requirements received after January 1, 2024 (inclusive).
